These Gears are being produced in highly sophisticated CNC machines of fully automatic turning, tooth cutting, shaving, gear grinding, worm cutting, broaching, drilling, cylindrical grinding, Internal grinding, Case harding, Nitriding, Blacking and honing machines with high tooth accuracy, closer tolerance for perfect matching of gear pairs which gives high performance and extended life. Also having gear quality testing facilities with well advanced modern inspection equipments and systems.
We are equipped with full fledged Service facility for doing service of all type of gear boxes and geared motors at our factory by trained professionals.

Our Gear unit is the group of Flagship Company M/s. LAKSHMI MACHINE WORKS LTD., COIMBATORE and this manufacturing unit established in 2010 situated at Thekkampatti, Mettupalam Taluk, Coimbatore District. This is near about 40km from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
